Meet the Founder
Emily Roberts is a results-driven leader with over 20 years of healthcare experience. She is known for turning vision into action, particularly in rural and underserved settings. Emily brings a proven track record in leading rural health systems, strengthening compliance programs, and driving quality outcomes.
As CEO of a rural health district, she led an organization that included a critical access hospital, ambulance service, rural health clinics, home health, and hospice. During her tenure, she launched a mobile clinic to expand access in underserved areas, passed a 5-year tax levy to stabilize funding, and implemented operational reforms that improved clinic performance and patient access. She also introduced systems for transparency and accountability, including public-facing dashboards and a community-focused website.
Today, through Opportunity Healthcare Consulting, she supports rural health organizations with practical, hands-on support.
