Meet the Founder
Emily Roberts is the founder of Opportunity Healthcare Consulting and brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership, operations, compliance and quality, finance, and organizational development. Her work has focused extensively on rural and underserved communities and has included critical access hospitals, rural health clinics, EMS, behavioral health, home health, hospice, community-based organizations, and health plans.
Throughout her career, Emily has led organizations through complex operational and regulatory challenges, developed new programs and services, strengthened financial and compliance systems, and supported communities navigating significant change. Her experience includes work across both provider and payer environments, giving her a broad view of the systems that shape rural healthcare.
