Turning Strategy Into Results
At Opportunity Healthcare Consulting, we don’t just give recommendations, we roll up our sleeves and help rural organizations get things done.

Stabilizing Rural Ambulance Services
A rural ambulance service was stabilized and transitioned from a volunteer-based model to paid staffing to support reliable coverage and long-term sustainability. The work included staffing strategy, operational planning, and financial restructuring.
Creating Morrow Discovery Center
Morrow Discovery Center is a nonprofit children’s museum in a rural Oregon community. The organization moved from concept to launch in under nine months, raising more than $90,000. The work included forming the 501(c)(3), building the founding board, securing funding, operational planning, and establishing partnerships with healthcare, education, and civic organizations.

Launching a Mobile Rural Health Clinic Expansion
A fully equipped mobile clinic was launched in a rural community to expand access to immediate care. The clinic includes two exam rooms, imaging capabilities, and lab services in a custom motor coach. The project moved from concept to operational launch in under six months and included strategic planning, regulatory compliance, logistics coordination, provider recruitment, and community engagement.
Leading a Rapid EHR Conversion
An Epic electronic health record implementation for a Federally Qualified Health Center was completed from contract to go-live in just three months. The work included vendor coordination, workflow mapping, staff training support, and change management.

“Emily’s leadership provided much-needed stability, integrity, and a renewed sense of purpose to a team facing uncertainty.”
